- Delivery and return of full / full gasoline (otherwise it will be paid as stipulated in office).
- Delivery and return in place, date and time stipulated in the contrary (otherwise must be notified and receive compliance by the landlord).
- Return of the vehicle and other extras (such as keys, helmets, padlocks, …) in perfect condition (otherwise pay what is stipulated or franchise that would be the maximum or what corresponds according to damage, deterioration or loss).
- Warn of any problem or damage that you have with the vehicle so that the landlord can solve it.
- It is completely forbidden to remove the vehicle from the island, sublet it or misuse it.
- It requires the minimum age of 23 years and 3 years of seniority of the driver’s license to rent a car or scooter of 125cc and 18 years for 50cc scooters
- It is required to leave a copy of a credit card as a guarantee for motor vehicles (if you do not have one, you should check with the company).
- Any fine for any traffic or parking violation in the duration of the contract will be charged to the customer.
- Cancellations will be allowed up to 48 hours before the reservation with a full refund of the amount in advance if requested via email.
